Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has lauded Pakistan Army for carrying out historic operation to rescue the students in Wana.

Talking to media persons in the Parliament House in Islamabad today, he said Pak Army rescued more than five hundred students in Wana. He said the entire world will remember the historic operation of the Pakistan Army and the Wana operation will be taught in the military academies across the world. 

Attaullah Tarar said it is a message for the enemy is that Pakistan defeated an enemy four times bigger than it. He said the enemy has now fled from field and this proxy war is not a problem for us.

Regarding the 27th Constitutional Amendment, the Information Minister said the Amendment will definitely be passed if it is tabled. He wished that the opposition would have had a candid discussion and clause-wise debate on this Amendment. He said creating rumpus and building a narrative without reading the bill has absolutely no worth.
