A Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Muhammad Qayyum Khan, Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority Layyah, to consider departmental promotions. The meeting was convened in Layyah in light of the special directives of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Punjab Minister for Education Rana Sikandar Hayat, and Secretary School Education Mudassir Riaz Malik.
During the meeting, approval was granted for the promotion of 61 Primary School Teachers as Elementary School Teachers, and 05 Senior Clerks as AssistantHead Clerks.
It was expressed in the meeting that under the leadership of Dr. Muhammad Qayyum Khan, the Department of Education Layyah is further strengthening the traditions of transparency, merit, and timely decision-making, which are being widely appreciated in educational circles.
The meeting was also informed that the formal promotion orders will be issued shortly.
