Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja says the government is working to build a cyber-resilient Pakistan.
Addressing a ceremony related to cyber security in Islamabad today, she acknowledged that moving toward greater digitization brings various challenges, emphasizing that creating a safe digital ecosystem is a top priority.
The Minister for Information Technology said the government is striving to better protect citizens’ personal data.
Shaza Fatima mentioned that almost all the federal government departments have been transitioned to digital governance and paperless system. She explained that current work from home policy is further increasing the use of digital tools.
