President Asif Ali Zardari has conferred military awards on the officers and soldiers of Pakistan Army, Navy and Air Force.
According to ISPR, eleven officers and men were awarded Sitara-i-Basalat, four hundred seventy-five were granted Tamgha-i-Basalat, one hundred thirty officers and men were awarded Imtiazi Asnad, three hundred seventy-eight officers and men were given Chief of Army Staff Commendation Cards, twenty-three officers and men were granted Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military), one hundred officers and men Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military) and one hundred thirty-six officers and men were awarded Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military).
