A Road Safety Seminar was organized by the Tehsil Bar Association Kot Momin, with the participation of Motorway Police officers, including Inspector Rana Imran, Inspector Bilal Waraich, Sub-Inspector Faryal Ali, Tehsil Bar Association Secretary Malik Kaleem Rehan, and a large number of lawyers.
Addressing the seminar, the Motorway Police officers briefed participants on road safety, lane discipline, safe driving practices on national highways, and the importance of complying with traffic laws. They also highlighted the effective use of the Motorway Police Helpline 130, the need to inspect vehicle tyres regularly during extreme summer temperatures, the importance of keeping a fire extinguisher in every vehicle, and the serious dangers associated with over-speeding.
The speakers emphasized that strict adherence to traffic laws, responsible driving, and the adoption of proper safety measures are essential to preventing road accidents and protecting precious human lives.
Participants described the seminar as highly informative and beneficial, stressing that such public awareness programs are the need of the hour to promote safer roads and responsible driving habits.
