Commissioner Sargodha Division Hafiz Shaukat Ali chaired a meeting to review civic issues, the removal of encroachments, sanitation arrangements, maintenance of parks and green belts, city beautification, and ongoing development and renovation projects.
The Commissioner directed the concerned officers to ensure the provision of the best possible facilities to citizens. He ordered indiscriminate action against encroachments from markets, roads, intersections and public places, and directed the authorities to establish an effective monitoring mechanism to prevent encroachments from re-emerging.
Hafiz Shaukat Ali also instructed the relevant departments to pay special attention to cleanliness, green belts, parks and the overall beautification of the city. He further directed that all ongoing development and beautification projects be completed within the stipulated time while ensuring the required quality standards.
He emphasized that coordinated efforts by all concerned departments were essential for resolving public issues and improving civic facilities in the city.
