Regional Police Officer (RPO) Sargodha Range, Muhammad Shehzad Asif Khan, held the daily open court at the RPO Office, where he listened to the problems of citizens and heard their complaints individually.
On the occasion, the RPO issued necessary directions to the concerned police officers for the immediate resolution of the issues and complaints presented by the citizens. He also directed the In-charge of the Complaint Cell to submit a report within the stipulated time regarding the resolution of the complaints.
RPO Muhammad Shehzad Asif Khan said that the open court was an effective platform for identifying public grievances and providing citizens with an opportunity to meet police officers directly. He added that any citizen could approach the open court and lodge a complaint regarding police-related matters, which would be addressed promptly in accordance with the law and rules.
