A station-wise crime meeting was held under the chairpersonship of Dr. Ammarah Shirazi, District Police Officer (DPO) Khushab. The meeting was attended by the SHOs and investigation officers of Police Station Quaidabad and Police Station Mitha Tiwana.
During the meeting, strict instructions were issued to finalize all under-investigation cases strictly on merit and to ensure that all applications are processed within the stipulated time.
Addressing the participants, the DPO emphasized that the protection of citizens’ lives and property is the foremost responsibility of the police, and officers must remain vigilant at all times to fulfill this duty.
She further directed that citizens visiting police stations should be treated with courtesy and respect. Officers were instructed to strictly avoid harsh language, misconduct, or any humiliating behavior during duty. Public complaints should be heard with patience, seriousness, and addressed promptly.
Dr. Ammarah Shirazi also instructed that foolproof security arrangements must be ensured during the holy month of Ramadan at mosques, Imambargahs, Ramzan bazaars, and Nigehban dastarkhwans to maintain peace and public safety.
