DM Ishaq Dar Holds Talks with Egypt and Türkiye on Regional Developments, Stresses Peace and Stability

Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held separate telephonic conversations with Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to discuss recent regional developments, with particular focus on the situation between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

During the discussions, Ishaq Dar highlighted that Pakistan’s response to unprovoked aggression has been measured yet decisive, with the Armed Forces carrying out successful operations under Operation Ghazab lil Haq to safeguard the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Both Egypt and Türkiye expressed their support for Pakistan’s efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region. The leaders of all three countries agreed to maintain close communication and coordination on evolving developments to promote regional security and cooperation.
