Acting President Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has called for equal participation of women to unlock the full economic potential of the country.
He was addressing the Pakistan Women Leadership and Policy Summit 2026 in Islamabad today.
The Acting President termed women empowerment as central to national development.
He urged all stakeholders to advance a practical agenda focused on access to finance, digital inclusion, women-led enterprises, safe workplaces, leadership development, mentorship and stronger market linkages.
