President Dr. Arif Alvi has said that peaceful use of space is imperative for serving the humanity.
Addressing the concluding ceremony of three-day International Conference on Space 2022 in Islamabad on Wednesday, he said the experiments in space by the world powers should not be harmful for the creatures on the earth.
The President said morality needs to be kept on top during any scientific experiments.
Referring to the recent incident of missile fire by India in Pakistan’s territory proves that India is an irresponsible state and the world must take its notice.
Dr Arif Alvi urged SUPARCO to take immediate steps to send indigenous satellite to space as it is directly linked to national development and security of the country.
