In Afghanistan, the supreme leader of Interim government Hibatullah Akhundzada has claimed that his government has taken necessary steps for the betterment of women.

In a message released today he said under the rule of the Islamic Emirate, concrete measures have been taken to save women from many traditional oppressions, including forced marriages, and their Shariah rights have been protected.

Hibatullah Akhundzada said Afghan Interim government the Taliban government wants good political and economic relations with the world, especially with Islamic countries.
