In Myanmar, at least 23 Rohingya people have been killed and 30 others are missing as their boat sank in the Bay of Bengal while fleeing Rakhine state.
Eight people who survived the mishap, said they were trying to reach Malaysia when their boat foundered and was abandoned by its crew.
