Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has launched establishment of ten million Digital Wallets and provision of ten million SIMS to the beneficiaries of Benazir Income Support Program.
Addressing the launching ceremony, he said this initiative is a step toward cashless economy to ensure transparency and provision of financial assistance to the BISP beneficiaries in an easy way. He said cashless economy saves time, enhances efficiency, eliminates corruption and accelerates country’s progress and development.
The Prime Minister congratulated the BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid and others for this initiative.
