A meeting of all Station House Officers (SHOs) and investigation officers of the City Circle was held under the chairmanship of SP Investigation Sargodha, Imran Abbas Chadhar. During the meeting, cases under investigation, pending road matters, and other investigative issues were reviewed in detail.
On the occasion, the SP Investigation conducted an individual assessment of the performance of investigation officers and directed them to complete all investigations strictly on merit and with transparency.
The meeting also featured a detailed discussion on the Complaint Management System (CMS) in light of the newly issued directives of the Inspector General of Police (IG Punjab). Investigation officers were instructed to take immediate action on complaints received through the CMS and to resolve public grievances on a priority basis.
