Punjab Minister for School Education Rana Sikandar Hayat has awarded the prestigious “Super CEO Certificate” to Dr Muhammad Qayyum Khan, Chief Executive Officer of the District Education Authority (DEA), Layyah, in recognition of the district’s outstanding overall performance in the education sector.
The honour was conferred in appreciation of Dr Muhammad Qayyum Khan’s exceptional leadership, effective administrative capabilities, transparent governance, and remarkable contributions to the education sector. Under his leadership, Layyah has witnessed significant improvements in educational standards, institutional management, teachers’ professional development, and students’ academic performance. These achievements have also been highly appreciated by the Punjab School Education Department.
It is worth mentioning that Dr Muhammad Qayyum Khan previously served as CEO Education Khushab and CEO Education Nankana Sahib, where he earned widespread recognition for his outstanding administrative performance. In acknowledgement of his exemplary services, he has previously received several awards, commendation certificates, and honours.
