Minister for Food Security and Research Dr. Kausar says development of agriculture industry through modern research will bring economic prosperity in the country.
He was talking to Commerce Minister Dr. Gohar Ejaz in Islamabad today.
Dr Kausar stressed the need to use latest governance model in all departments to save unnecessary budgetary expenses.
Besides, matters of mutual interest relating to both ministries came under discussion. The current issues relating to sugar and cotton were discussed in details.
The two ministers agreed to keep close coordination among ministries for the development of the country.
