Punjab Schools Education Department has announced to close all public and private schools of the province till Sunday in the wake of increasing cases of conjunctivitis disease.
This decision has been taken to protect children from the conjunctivitis epidemic.
According to a notification, all schools will reopen from Monday and observe SOPs issued by the school education department to prevent the infection.
