Chief Secretary of Gilgit-Baltistan, Mr. Abrar Ahmed Mirza, presided over a meeting with education partners in his office.

The chair was given a comprehensive briefing on several educational projects currently in progress across GB.

These initiatives encompass a diverse spectrum, including the establishment of Learning Management System (LMS) schools, Promotion of STEAM, Entrepreneurship and Computer Education, implementation of Meal Program, Solarization of 181 schools and recruitment of 1000 education fellows were highlighted. The Chief Secretary expressed his appreciation for the contributions of these partners and reaffirmed his commitment to providing maximal support to ensure sustainable development of these projects.

In addition, he acknowledged the  role played by his predecessor, former Chief Secretary Mr. Mohyuddin Ahmed Wani, in advancing the cause of education in Gilgit-Baltistan.
