Caretaker Punjab Minister of Environment Bilal Afzal has sought cooperation of Chinese government to control the smog in the province.
He held a meeting with Chinese Consul General Zhao Shiren in Lahore today and discussed the issues of utilizing services of environmental experts from China for remediation of smog in the province.
On the occasion, Zhao Shiren said Chinese government is ready for technical assistance for immediate solution of smog in Punjab and delegations of environmental experts from China will also visit Punjab as soon as possible.
