Eight-member Chinese police delegation led by Deputy Director General of Public Security Department, Than Yong Shing visited the Civil Secretariat in Lahore today.

Chief Secretary Punjab Zahid Akhtar Zaman welcomed the delegation.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Secretary said Punjab government intends to increase partnership with China in various fields including education, health and environment.

He said the provincial government also wants to take benefit from China’s experience to control environmental pollution and smog.

In his part, Head of the Chinese delegation, Thin Yong Shing said exchange of delegations between two friendly countries will promote bilateral cooperation.
