A stakeholders’ meeting was held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Sargodha Division, Hafiz Shaukat Ali, to review the ongoing and proposed development projects in Sargodha city under the Punjab Development Program.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Commissioner, political and administrative representatives, and officers of the relevant departments. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the progress of the ongoing development projects, while upcoming development schemes were also reviewed.
Participants also exchanged views on proposals related to the improvement of the city’s infrastructure, resolution of traffic issues, and enhancement of civic facilities for the citizens. It was emphasized that development projects should be completed on time while keeping public needs in view so that maximum facilities can be provided to the residents.
Commissioner Hafiz Shaukat Ali directed that transparency, quality, and timely completion must be ensured in all development projects under all circumstances. He further instructed the concerned departments to establish an effective monitoring system to avoid any negligence.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment that all institutions will work with mutual cooperation and coordinated efforts to provide better infrastructure and modern civic facilities to the people of Sargodha.
