A meeting regarding the Punjab Development Program for Jauharabad and Khushab was held in the conference hall under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Khushab, Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Labar.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Director Punjab Development Program Qasim Lali, Ali Mehran (MC Jauharabad), CEO MC Khushab Sundas Rabeel, and officers from other concerned departments.
During the meeting, Assistant Director Qasim Lali briefed the Deputy Commissioner that work on disposal points at various locations in Jauharabad city has been initiated, and proposals have been prepared to lay sewerage lines throughout the city.
Deputy Commissioner Khushab Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Labar directed the concerned officers that work has already been started on the designated disposal points in Jauharabad as well as in different areas of Khushab including Ali Town, Satellite Town, Hussain Abad, Grot Road, Masjid Mullah Wali Kacha areas, and other locations.
He emphasized that the quality of sewerage lines, the standard of materials, and transparency in development work must be ensured. He further directed that all projects should be completed within the specified timeframe and warned that any negligence or carelessness will not be tolerated.
