
In line with the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Ms. Maryam Nawaz and on the directives of the Inspector General of Punjab, a Behavioral Correction Training Program was organized at Police Lines Jauharabad under the instructions of DPO Khushab, Dr. Amara Shirazi, to promote professional skills, positive attitudes, and improved public dealing among police personnel.
During the training session, officers and officials were provided awareness regarding discipline, moral values, professional conduct, and effective communication with the public. Emphasis was laid on the importance of treating citizens with politeness, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Speaking on the occasion, DPO Khushab Dr. Amara Shirazi stated that building strong trust between the police and the public is the need of the hour. She stressed that police personnel must improve their behavior and demonstrate respect and responsibility in their interactions with citizens.
She further added that such training programs aim to align the police force with modern requirements and promote community-friendly policing to ensure the provision of better and timely justice to the public.
