In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Modi regime is using judiciary to get its illegal actions validated.

According to Kashmir Media Service, a handpicked one-judge tribunal has been constituted to validate the ban on the Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir under draconian law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

Earlier, a similar tribunal comprising a Delhi High Court judge was constituted to get verdict in favour of ban on Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League.

Meanwhile, a report released by Kashmir Media Service today says women in the occupied Jammu and Kashmir are the worst victims of Indian state terrorism.

All Parties Hurriyat Conference has deplored the use of draconian laws by the Indian government to silence dissenting voices in Kashmir.

In their statements in Srinagar, the leaders maintained that Modi regime must remember that popular movements can never be defeated by suppressive measures.
