Deputy Commissioner Khushab, Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Laber, conducted a detailed visit to review the green belt and cleanliness arrangements along the Jauharabad–Khushab main road.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner inspected the plantation of flowering plants carried out for beautification from District Council Jauharabad, Jehangir Chowk to Khushab Kalma Chowk. He also reviewed cleanliness measures and beautification efforts on various roads.
Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Laber further visited Tehsil Office Chowk Khushab, where he inspected the beautification work, sanitation conditions, and street lighting arrangements.
On the occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Ghazala Kanwal, CEO Municipal Committee Khushab Sundas Rabail, the Encroachment Officer, and officials from other departments were also present.
The Deputy Commissioner also reviewed ongoing development projects under the Punjab Development Program, particularly focusing on green belts and beautification in Tehsil Office Chowk and other areas. He directed the concerned departments to expedite the completion of ongoing projects, ensure effective implementation of the beautification plan, and further improve the cleanliness system.
