Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has asked the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) to provide financial assistance to the people affected by heavy rains in the province.

Talking to the delegation of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal led by its Managing Director Amir Fida Paracha in Karachi on Monday, he said the Provincial Government has provided rations of 15 day to the people but it would be helpful if Bait-ul-Mal also helps them out.

The Managing Director of Bait-ul-Mal assured of every possible assistance to the people of Kacha areas.

He said Bait-ul-Mal has 5 shelter homes in Karachi where around 500 people have been provided shelter.
