Foreign Minister of China Qin Gang will arrive in Islamabad on a two-day visit to Pakistan on Friday.

He will attend the China-Afghanistan-Pakistan Foreign Ministers’ Dialogue in Islamabad.

Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, Mao Ning said that this is the first visit of Foreign Minister Qin Gang to Pakistan.

She said the visit of Qin Gang is also an important part of the recent intensive interaction between China and Pakistan.

During the visit, the China’s Foreign Minister will also meet with the leadership of Pakistan and co-chair the fourth strategic dialogue with Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

Mao Ning said that China and Pakistan are all-weather strategic partners and hardcore friends.

She said the dialogue between the foreign ministers of China, Afghanistan and Pakistan is important for exchanges and cooperation on Afghanistan-related issues.
