Saudi Ambassador Nawaf Bin Said Al-Malki has expressed his country’s desire to further strengthen economic and commercial ties with Pakistan.

He was talking to Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad today.

Welcoming the Ambassador in his office, the Finance Minister appreciated the long-standing historical, religious, and cultural ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He said both states share outstanding relations on various fronts including economy and trade. He also acknowledged Saudi Arabia’s valuable support to Pakistan in economic and financial terms.

Ishaq Dar also apprised the Saudi Ambassador of policies and programmes of the Government of Pakistan to bring economic prosperity to the country through the upcoming budget.

Nawaf Bin Said Al-Malki reciprocated the sentiments about the long-term relationship between the two brotherly countries.
