On the special directives from Minister for Communications, National Highway Authority has initiated swift road restoration operations in the Northern Areas following severe weather disruptions.
In his statement, the Minster said NHA teams have cleared multiple obstruction points at the Key highways, including the Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad and Skardu-Jaglot Road.
Abdul Aleem Khan lauded the NHA’s prompt response and emphasized that restoring safe mobility for the public remains the government’s top priority.
Meanwhile, Federal Secretary Communications Ali Sher Mehsud said that the NHA is committed to restoring all major highways at the earliest.
He confirmed travel towards Kaghan and Naran has now resumed.
