Federal Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi says Pakistan Railways is being modernized to generate revenue, facilitate passengers, traders and curb leakages.
Addressing a ceremony in Karachi on Thursday, the Minister said all the railway stations are being digitized and Wi Fi facilities are being ensured at forty stations across the country.
He said steps are being taken to uplift railway infrastructure and increase the number of freight trains to meet the growing demands of business community.
He assured to resolve the problems of business community on priority basis.
