
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif chaired a meeting in Lahore today to review the progress of beautification plans across the province
During the meeting, district-wise briefings were given on ongoing and upcoming projects.
The Chief Minister said strict action will be taken in cases of open manholes, damage roads, garbage accumulation and deteriorated paintwork.
She reiterated that the beautification of every district, city and town will be continued.
The meeting apprised that a total of 132 beautification schemes are being carried out in 39 districts at an estimated cost of 16.90 billion rupees.
