For the first time in province, a Punjab Performance Management Unit will be established to evaluate and monitor the performance of government departments.
This decision was taken during a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif in Lahore today.
It was appraised in the meeting that CM IT Units will also be established at both divisional and district levels to strengthen governance.
The Chief Minister will personally carry out live monitoring across the province through a virtual tour wall and an integrated digital dashboard.
The Punjab Performance Management Unit will ensure continuous tracking of 22 key performance indicators, enabling transparent and efficient services delivery.
