Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar chaired the committee meeting in Islamabad today regarding preparations for the 9th OIC Ministerial Conference on Women, to be hosted by Pakistan in 2026.
Ishaq Dar instructed on finalizing arrangements, logistics, and thematic sessions, ensuring smooth organization and close coordination among relevant Ministries and the OIC Secretariat.
He highlighted that the upcoming conference reflects Pakistan’s commitment to promoting women’s rights and strengthening their role across social, economic, and political spheres.
