Minister for Board of Investment Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh has said that trade and economic relations between Pakistan and the United States are moving in a positive direction.

Addressing the launching ceremony of the U.S.–Pakistan Business Alliance, Pakistan Chapter, in Islamabad today, he said that Pakistan–U.S. engagement has witnessed new warmth and dynamism under the tenure of President Donald Trump.

The Minister emphasized that there are vast untapped opportunities for U.S. investment in Pakistan in areas including minerals and mining, rare earth metals, technology, energy, and industrial development.

He said that Pakistan serves as a natural bridge connecting South Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East and China, offering immense potential for regional and international trade.
