Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed authorities concerned to ensure free of cost medicines for patients in government hospitals.
Chairing a meeting in Lahore on Friday, she said that eighty billion rupees are being spent on provision of free medicines.
The Chief Minister also constituted a committee to devise a plan for availability of modern medicines of international standard.
