Minister for Climate Change Sherry Rehman has warned that the heatwave will continue to resurge if the precaution was not observed.
Addressing the convocation of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology in Islamabad, she said Turbat, Jacobabad and Dadu have become one of the hottest cities in the world. She said Pakistan is ranked amongst the most polluted countries in the world.
Sherry Rehman said Indus River is our jugular vein and it has gone dry now.
