Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed his resolve to strengthen cooperation between Pakistan and Egypt in all fields of common interest, in particular trade, investment, energy, education and climate change.

He was talking to Ambassador of Egypt to Pakistan, Tarek Dahroug in Islamabad on Friday. 

They also exchanged views on matters of bilateral interest.

The Prime Minister lauded the efforts of Ambassador Dahroug to promote cooperation between Pakistan and Egypt in diverse fields.

Shehbaz Sharif felicitated Egypt on the assumption of the Presidency of COP-27.

The Egyptian Ambassador said the Egyptian leadership is looking forward to Pakistan Prime Minister’s participation in the CoP-27 later this year.
