Pakistan and China have reaffirmed the collective resolve to enhance economic cooperation, with renewed focus on high-quality development of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

The determination was expressed during meeting between Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar and member of the Standing Committee of Politburo of Communist Party of China Li Xi in Beijing today.

Measures to increase the volume of Chinese investment in Pakistan, especially in IT, mining, infrastructure and agriculture sectors were also discussed during the meeting.

The two sides reiterated the commitment to strengthen their bilateral political and economic ties and unwavering support to each other on core issues.
