
Pakistan and the United Kingdom have agreed to further strengthen bilateral cooperation across diverse sectors, including enhanced people-to-people exchanges.
This understanding was reached at a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and UK Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs Yvette Cooper, on sidelines of the high-level UN Security Council meeting on Palestine in New York.
The two leaders reviewed Pak-UK relations and underscored the importance of sustained high-level engagement.
They also exchanged views on key regional and international developments, reaffirming their commitment to dialogue, multilateralism, and effective cooperation, including within the UN framework.
