Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was informed on Friday that Jagran-phase-4 hydropower project PC-1 is under consideration at Planning Division of Pakistan.
Replying to a question in the House during its session in Muzaffarabad on Friday, AJK Minister for Power, Chaudhry Arshad Hussain said Saudi Fund for Development will finance 85 percent of this project.
He said moreover, 35 MW Nagdar and 40 MW Dowarian power projects will be completed at a cost of over 19 billion rupees.
Kuwait Fund has expressed willingness to finance both projects.
