In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government continuing with its colonial policies to punish pro-freedom people and organizations for their role in ongoing Kashmir freedom movement has sealed civilian property worth forty million rupees in Kupwara district.

The regime has mobilized its dreaded oppressive machinery including the State Investigation Agency to dislodge the Kashmiris from their properties.

The sealed property includes a shopping complex comprising 20 shops along with appurtenant land in Kupwara town and all it belongs to the Jamaat-e-Islami of the occupied territory.

With this, the Delhi regime has, so far, sealed 57 properties belonging to Jamaat-e-Islami alone.

Meanwhile, incarcerated senior APHC leader Shabbir Ahmad Shah in a message from New Delhi’s infamous Tihar Jail denounced raids, cordon and search operations, arrests, seizure of properties and other brutalities, saying New Delhi is using these brutal measures to silence the legitimate political voices for freedom.

On the other hand, APHC leader, Muhammad Yousuf Naqash, in a statement in Srinagar called upon the international community to prevent the killing of innocent Kashmiris and confiscation of their properties.

National Panthers Party President, Harsh Dev Singh, addressing a press conference in Jammu said that India under Narendra Modi is attempting to usurp Kashmir’s lithium reserves, which exclusively belong to the Kashmiri people.
